This Privacy Policy describes the data practices of the app Memory Galaxy ("the App"), published by Thoiba Trader, a sole proprietorship run by Sanathoiba Singha, based in Lanka City, Hojai, Assam, India. The App is designed to be suitable for children as well as general audiences, and this policy is written to comply with that responsibility. This policy applies only to the App itself, and is separate from the general privacy policy for apps.thoibatrader.com.
We do not collect any personal information from users of the App. Specifically, the App:
The App saves gameplay progress — such as stars earned, levels unlocked, sound settings, and whether the full game has been purchased — using your device's local browser storage. This information stays on your device only. It is never transmitted to Thoiba Trader, to Amazon, or to any other party. If the App is uninstalled, this locally stored information is removed along with it.
Memory Galaxy offers one optional one-time purchase to unlock additional worlds. This purchase is handled entirely through the Amazon Appstore's in-app purchasing system. We never see, receive, or store your payment details, card number, or billing information — that is processed directly by Amazon under Amazon's own privacy policy. We only receive a simple confirmation of whether the unlock was purchased, which is then saved locally on your device as described in Section 2.
The App contains no advertisements of any kind, and therefore no advertising identifiers, ad SDKs, or ad-related data collection are used.
Memory Galaxy is intended to be suitable for children. Because the App collects no personal information, includes no advertising, and includes no way to communicate with other people, no personal information is ever collected from children who play it — in line with the intent of children's privacy laws such as COPPA. Because no personal information is collected, none is shared with or sold to third parties. There is nothing to share.
Since gameplay data is stored only on your own device and never leaves it, the App does not transmit this data over the internet, reducing the risk of it being intercepted or exposed elsewhere.
If a future update to the App changes what data is collected or how it is used, this policy will be updated accordingly and the "last updated" date above will change. We encourage checking back if you have concerns before updating the App.
